Community Assist Disclaimer

Please review this additional disclosure for any Community Assist, volunteer, disaster cleanup, or Faith-Based and Community partner features.

Community Assist is not an emergency response service. If there is an emergency, injury, trapped person, downed power line, fire, gas leak, hazardous material, unstable structure, blocked emergency access, or active danger, call 911 or the appropriate local authority immediately.

USDirtMovers.com does not direct, supervise, train, certify, insure, dispatch, or control volunteers, equipment owners, Faith-Based and Community partners, coordinators, property owners, or cleanup participants.

Volunteer registrations, coordinator applications, support selections, and cleanup requests are collected for informational and coordination-review purposes only. Submission of information does not guarantee help, approval, assignment, response, safety, funding, fuel support, meals, supplies, or any specific outcome.

Faith-Based and Community partners are independent organizations and are solely responsible for their own decisions, screening, communications, volunteer management, safety practices, support arrangements, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, insurance requirements, and local emergency guidance.

Equipment owners and volunteers are solely responsible for their own equipment, fuel, maintenance, transportation, insurance, training, safety, and decision to accept or decline any cleanup opportunity. Volunteers should not work near downed power lines, unstable structures, hazardous materials, active emergency scenes, or any condition they are not trained and equipped to handle.

Fuel support, meals, water, safety supplies, staging areas, and other support items may be recommended or identified by a coordinator, but USDirtMovers.com does not guarantee that such support will be available, sufficient, safe, reimbursed, or provided.

By using Community Assist features, users acknowledge that USDirtMovers.com is a listing and information platform only and shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, volunteer actions, coordinator decisions, equipment operation, cleanup outcomes, support shortages, delays, disputes, or any direct or indirect damages related to disaster cleanup or volunteer coordination.
